material, however since the end of January 2008, we have started making

| "WOLWEDANS IN DIE SKEMER" - NOU BESKIKBAAR Na vele versoeke van baie van ons besoekers is dit met groot vreugde dat 2 episodes van Leon van Nierop se bekende "Wolwedans in die Skemer" nou uitgereik word. Ons wil graag ons waardering uitspreek aan Leon wat hierdie twee episodes naamlik: Reeks 1 - Episode 285 - Slot Reeks 2 - Episode 1 beskikbaar gestel het. Leon, weereens baie dankie!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "CALL BACK THE PAST" - CURRENT PROJECT
After months of checking broadcast dates and research, the restoration
project of the highly acclaimed Percy Sieff programme "Call Back The
Past" has begun. The series aired on Springbok Radio between 1968 &
1982. According to our records a total of 708 episodes were broadcast of
which all 708 episodes are preserved within the Society's archive. The
digitization process has begun starting with the broadcasts which aired
during 1973 & 1974. The series called back the past on some of the great
news worthy and historical events of the late 19th & 20th centuries, using
some amazing historical recorded sounds. Judging the series on today's
standards, it remains and excellent historical series. A special "Call Back
The Past" section will be created on this website & material will be made
available. Should any educational organisations be interested in obtaining
copies, please contact us with full details of your organisation. Naturally
copies of the restored material will be donated to the SABC Sound Archive
in Johannesburg.

| AUDIO DIGITAL TRANSFER SERVICE Many of our visitors have asked whether we offer audio transfer fascilities. For a nominal fee we can transfer and restore audio analogue recordings. We can transfer all speeds of reel to reel tape, audio cassettes, 8 track tape, records (all 4 speeds) to cd or dvd. This service is only available within South Africa.
