CALL BACK THE PAST
This page will contain many restored episodes of the popular Springbok Radio
series "Call Back The Past", hosted by Percy Sieff. The series started on
Springbok Radio in 1968 and continued until 1982, for a total of 708
episodes. Every Tuesday evening, Percy Sieff would take the listeners on a
historical tour of the 19th & 20th Centuries' using rare historical recordings,
both in voices and music.

After thorough research by this Society we are proud to announce that all 708
episodes of the series have survived. We will endeavour to release as much
of them as possible in order for our visitors to enjoy this fine piece of radio.
